Terms and Conditions – ak la Online Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to ak la. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you") and ak la ("the platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering or using the ak la platform in any capacity — including browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus or requesting a withdrawal — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold one account only on the ak la platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by device, payment method, IP address, name or other matching identifiers — are not permitted. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts are subject to full forfeiture.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide your real name as it appears on your official identity documents.
• Provide a valid email address and phone number that you actively use and have access to.
• Keep your account information up to date. If your contact details change, update your profile promptly.

4. Deposits

Deposits at ak la are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and PKR debit/credit cards. Mobile wallets are also supported where available.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing belong to you and are from a legitimate source.
• You are not depositing on behalf of another person.

Deposits are credited to your ak la account once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment network. Processing times depend on the method used. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits are typically near-instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at ak la are paid in PKR to the method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This same-method return policy is standard practice and helps ensure funds move through verified channels.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed. Identity verification is a one-time requirement.
• Any active bonus with remaining wagering requirements must be addressed before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes withdrawable. Funds from your own deposits that are not attached to an active bonus are generally withdrawable at any time, subject to minimum amounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by method. The applicable minimum is shown before you confirm your withdrawal request.
• ak la does not apply currency conversion fees on withdrawals. Your PKR balance is the amount sent to your account.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ak la offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made available. The general principles that apply to all bonuses at ak la are as follows:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared devices will be treated as bonus abuse.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ak la account. This includes keeping your password private, not sharing login credentials with anyone and using a strong, unique password that is not reused across other services.

• ak la will never contact you to ask for your password, PIN or full payment card details.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ak la support immediately. Account activity prior to your report may be subject to review but cannot always be reversed.
• Do not access your ak la account from shared or public devices. If you do, ensure you log out fully after each session.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options in your account settings for additional protection.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ak la support. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any open bets and wagering requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

ak la provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the service.

• ak la is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end during an active game or bet.
• ak la is not responsible for financial losses beyond the funds held in your ak la account. The platform is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the service.
